I'm from Hannibal, MO. Obviously it's your choice whether or not to include the videos. Most of my high school boys were very interested in watching them, and it helped them understand the process of what happens between killing an animal and eating it, which includes learning about skills and responsibilities that hunters have. They realized there's more to it than just shooting something. It was an opportunity to teach about culture and custom where I'm from. If I taught girls, I probably wouldn't show some of the video clips, or necessarily teach about the topic at all, but there were no issues at my school with them.
