MAKE A COLLAGE
« on: March 15, 2016, 09:38:54 PM »
This powerpoint is designed to teach students the word "collage," and to facilitate the making of collages for competition.

"Advertisement" is also taught and students are instructed to describe the advertisements that they make (through collage). Korean translations are provided in this PPT as well.

Hope it helps.

Update:

We didn't have time today (3/16/16) to get through all of this PowerPoint. The kids understood what the PowerPoint was saying and then we started working on the advertisments with just paper and pen. The magazine collages will come next week. I did this PPT for mixed-gender middle schoolers (2nd grade).

They liked the way the word "collage," sounded, and I showed them how to pronounce the word with the Sounds of English website (click here).

Hope this feedback helps.

Best,

T
