Attached are 4 finger twister grids, along with two wheels.  Just write, draw, or cue in your vocabulary or key phrases :)

Wow, looks like fun. With the way our textbooks are laid out by having picture bubbles of the key vocab at the start of each chapter, this would be a fun way to start a new unit with a listening exercise.

Yeah as far as fun factor, they really go crazy over this activity in my experience so far.  Good luck with it :)
