Describing Animals
« on: June 29, 2016, 06:43:49 PM »
Hey All,

I've got a new lesson on describing animals. I've spent quite a few hours working on this, and I think it should go down well. The lesson goes like this-

Presentation: Introduce the key words and phrases for describing animals

Practice: Activity 1: Complete the short worksheet
Activity 2: Draw the picture game

Production: Play the "Guess Who?" game.

Hope this helps!

This looks great! I'm adapting it a bit so that at the end students will receive cards with animals on them and have to describe as a group and then the other groups will ask them questions.

Amazing work. Thank you for the ideas :)

I hope you don't mind but I took your ptt and added a few things too it. This was a good lesson and it worked well with my lower level students.
