The following is a quick dating match activity for students with higher reading and conversation abilities. At first, students only get the written descriptions of their own characteristics and the characteristics of their perfect match. They read and then mingle, looking for someone who best matches their desired characteristics. All of their own characteristics and most of those of their desired match were chosen randomly, so there are not necessarily "right" matches.

After they each find a partner, give the students their numerical characteristic measurements and the calculation sheet. They can compare their desires with the characteristics of their partner to calculate a compatibility score. The best match (or top 2 or 3 couples) can be given a prize.
