This PPT game was actually made by another waygookin but I can't find it anymore. Anyway, I've been playing it with my 2nd and 3rd grade middle school students and they really like it. I made a worksheet to go with the game for keeping score. I usually show between 15 and 20 minutes of episode 1 from netflix with korean subs. and then play the game. They usually complain when I press stop but they get into the game fairly quickly.
When I play the game, for the first 2 questions I go around the room and make sure the kids have figured out the scoring system. It's fairly straight forward.
I wouldn't play the episode to my grade 1's because they do use the word "dick" and "bitches" (one time each) but I don't actually know what the Korean subs say - although none of my kids seemed to notice or react in any way to hearing these words.
I did some spell checking on the origonal PPT and changed some of the points as well so I'll post that here.
EDIT: I have now added a second worksheet for students to fill in before and after watching the second half of the show. Get them to write the first sentence about how they first felt about the characters (the frst 15 - 20 mins isn't much time for character development) then after watching the second half of the show, get them to finishe the sentences "Now I think..." Obviously give them help and direction as needed and cover the vocab at the start.
