I had to do a double take when I saw what the OP was asking.

Look on Encar or other car sites before purchasing.

You can buy a more recent, less milage car for the same money.

Basically with older Korean cars you are buying a motorized shopping cart to help you carry groceries home.

It's not too bad, I guess.  I haven't had much luck with Encar.  Will most likely go to a local dealership.  I'd say 1.2 might be a wee bit high for an asking price, especially for a '95, unless the car is super clean with a clean accident report.

you buy cars here priced on coniditon and what's been done to them recently year doesn't matter at all with the older stuff - general rule here is that entry to motoring will cost you 1.5 for a car -

 I sold a similar car a month ago  - avante wagon for more money than this of similar year and mileage, it had its annual test (a lot of cars on encar don't) had no taxes/fines due and had 500k spent on it in parts over the year.

Any numpty can go out and buy a crock for 500k off the internet, but queering somebody's pitch off those often false ads for unknown quality cars  without knowing more about this one isn't exactly cricket either.

It's worth exactly what somebody is willing to pay for it.

There isn't really a cheap car culture here as there is in the US or UK - cars reach end of life here at the 2 million mark and are worth more to part out that to keep going  - a waygook on a budget doesn't really have a whole lot of choice as a result and sub 1 mil beaters are heaps.
