Kings and Queens, The British Royal Family
« on: May 25, 2011, 11:24:34 AM »
This is a review lesson for family structures, Grandfather Mother brother sister aunt uncle etc. Also included are explanations to royal titles Emperor, Duke, Earl, a few questions relating to the Royal German inbred's and some discussion questions. Could be a lesson on British culture, family trees or debate. You decide. Enjoy. feed back appreciated.

Ha, haa, funny sense of humour, quite subversive with the slides and comments. I like the last slide, the 'accident' comment and Lizzie not having a personalised registration, brilliant. Expect this to needle people...

Your focus seems to have been more on having a dig at the royal family than creating an informative lesson for students. I think the topic of the British Monarchy could be of interest to Koreans (the buzz caused by the wedding proves this to a point) but this could be done better and from a more educative stand point.

I'm not sure if the students will understand the picture of Harry dressed as a Nazi, so I'm not sure why you've included it. It bares no relevance to their education. The same goes for the comment about Diana's death being an 'accident'.

You also need to check the capitalisation of certain words, and some missing apostrophes.

This lesson was a huge flop. Don't use.
