Say no to war
« on: June 14, 2010, 01:07:22 PM »
Hey Guys,

My co-teacher really wants me to do some sort of lesson on war in Korea and including the rest of the world. Has anyone done anything related to war and saying "no to war"? Thanks in advance!

look for stuff on Project Peace http://finchpark.com/arts/Promoting_Peace_KTJ.pdf

here are links to some ideas from EFL Classroom 2.0 http://eflclassroom.ning.com/profiles/blogs/project-peace-marches-on

use some things for Playing For Change http://vimeo.com/playingforchange

and in case none of those works try Youtube for one of my favorite ideas
"The Bhagavad Gita - that ancient Indian Yogic text - says that it is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection. So now I have started living my own life." Elizabeth Gilbert
