This lesson adapts the Let's make a date game from the show Whose line is it anyway? as a final communicative activity in a present perfect lesson plan. Time can be an issue. I would suggest stretching the lesson into two lessons by adding a game or further practice for the first lesson, and then doing the final communicative activity as the second lesson to give the students enough time to prepare for the activity.
