Grade 1/2 Lesson: Ask a local
« on: August 19, 2010, 01:27:22 PM »
I just used this lesson for the first time with one of my most trying (as in patience, not effort) classes and it actually went okay. It would obviously need to be tweaked for your own towns etc, but the Whistler angle could be kept in. I make up a little handout with about five blanks for the slide that says what I'm looking for from them.

Thanks posting this!  I'm going to give it a try with my after school conversation class, which can sometimes be a hassle.  But this sounds like a good idea!
