I made a PPT for a brief "Would You Rather" activity recently as well. It's got 12 paired choices, fully illustrated for the slideshow. You can make this activity a little longer by telling students to explain their answers as well as possible in English (2-4 minutes per slide this way). I'm calling it a game, though maybe an extended icebreaker is more accurate.
First, students have to state a preference, then their partner asks them "Why?" and they trade roles before the teacher switches to the next slide. Students then find a new partner. This works especially well in two long rows, seated or standing, so students can find their new partner quickly.
I've done the activity in a group of 24 (some adults I volunteer with) and a group of 4 (a low/mid level after school class). It works much better with more students...! Hoping to include this as part of my post-midterm lesson for worn out HS students to have something more fun than book work.
(Edit: updated to add the 11th and 12th choice slides)
