Here is a lesson plan I used for a winter camp, which seemed to go fairly well. (It could also be used as a normal lesson if you like). For the first day of camp, I just did a few ice-breakers and introduction games. The first 10 slides I used for the second day of Camp, in which I taught them about the job of a travel agent. The first handout was also for this second day of camp. On the third day of camp I used the 11th and 12th slide and the second handout. The 2 handouts are almost identical, but on the first one, they were filling in info from the slides. On the second one, they had to fill in their own info on a country of their choice. There are not many slides for the third day because I let the students use my computer or their smart phones to research info on the country they chose. For the fourth day of camp, I used the last slide and just had the students creat a poster advertising their travel agency and the country they focused on, using the information from their handout from the previous day. Again, there are not many slides for this day because I mainly used my computer to pull up pictures of the country they were presenting on to help them make their posters. The last day was more relaxed, just had them present on their countries and we watched a Simpson's episode.
Feel free to run with this idea and make any adjustments you need. Hope this helps!
