Student fitness log

This document can be used to as a pre test for your students before a fitness unit.  The students perform each activity and then record their score.  On the last day of the unit, the test is given again, and the two test are to be compared to each other.  Any improvement is the goal, however the teacher and/or student can create specific high goals.
