This is a set of JOB Role cards.
I used it for a simple introduction mingle scenario - students with their role cards had to mingle and introduce themselves to other students and write down names and jobs. The dialog was along the lines of "Hello. I'm _____. I'm a/an ________. What do you do?"
"I'm a/an ______"
Of course it could be modified in order that the students could make their own role play up in groups with each student in the group having one of these cards. You could also give the same cards to students in one group and they could make reasons as to why that job was the best and then have a debate with other groups in the class. Just some thoughts.
