Making Patbingsu Summer Camp

I'm going to give making Patbingsu a go during my vocational High School Sumer Camp.

An alternative recipe.  Doesn't require an ice shaver; just frozen cartons of milk.

Hey, thanks for these ppts. I'm thinking of making patbingsu for my summer camp, but wondering about quantities.

How much milk etc would you need for  say 20 students? Planning on having them make it in teams of 5 or 6.

My recipe would require one individual-sized milk carton per student.  Frozen.
