Ye Olde Party Activity
« on: October 30, 2008, 11:59:51 AM »
Standard "Can you come to my Party Activity"... I showed a PP of various parties, then gave them time to create their own. We did this after a slew of Halloween related stuff. Geared towards girls, but a teacher at the nearby boys highschool adapted it by adding "Bachelor Party" and other masculine-like parties, and the boys got into it. I'm all about killing time these days, so I gave the girls time to decorate their invitations, pencil crayons, glitter, stickers and sh*t. Their artistic abilities are pretty impressive, so I'm going to try some more artsy lessons in the future.

It went relatively well, though the Principal complained about the noise. But it was English noise, so I don't care. Don't give me 35 kids for "Conversation Class", and expect it to be quiet. I'm not teaching sign language here.

Woah, time for some coffee, and the happy thoughts it brings.

It's amazing how talented some of them are. How's teaching girls high school going?
