This lesson is almost the same as the "I can play soccer" lesson from the old Sisa book. Here is the material I used slightly adapted for this lesson.

I'll do the role-play, listen to 'Into the World', do the 'Your Page', and then we'll have time for a game.

I've revised the Chicken Game (sorry, it's been so long since I downloaded it, I don't remember who created it). Third graders love it. It's like pass the ball, but I use one of those rubber chickens. I teach the kids to squeeze it one time, then pass it.

The last slide, The End, has a hyper link to a youtube video of kids doing the Chicken Dance. Kids love it....
