I just finished this game with my 3rd Grade High School students. There's a YouTube channel called Good Mythical Morning that makes many videos similar to this one. The level is somewhat advanced so this may not work well, but if you can use it, my kids absolutely loved it and want to do more. I teach at a specialized tourism high school so my situation may be different. You can turn on YouTube's English captions, but they don't always match up. Any ways this I how I conducted the class:

Divide the class into groups of about 4-6
Pass out the worksheet
Explain that this is not particularly a listening class and that the focus is on the worksheet
Begin the video
When the video reaches the question, pause the video and explain vocabulary
Have the students tell you their answers and then reveal the answers.
