Here's a lesson about Scotland. I originally made it for a 2 hour adult class, but have used it for high school classes too. The high school students particularly liked the bagpipe music videos, especially 'Amazing Grace'! If you only want to teach it over one lesson instead of 2, then stop showing the powerpoint after the Youtube bagpipe videos (at slide 21 and 22) and only print the first 4 pages of the handout. If you have more time, then there's enough material here for 2 high school lessons, but most of the lesson materials could probably also be used for middle school classes.
