Here's a cultural lesson about England. You can teach it as 1 two-hour lesson, or 2 shorter lessons of about 45-50 minutes. The powerpoint tells you when to do the handouts. I recommend finishing part 1 of the lesson at slide 20 or 21, then starting part 2 of the lesson at slide 21 or 22 and show the 'One Direction' music video to start with. Most classes enjoyed the videos, especially the battle re-enactment video!

If you plan to do a few lessons covering each of the 4 nations of the UK, I recommend starting with England as it's the most famous nation in Britain (as well as having the most people).
