Hi Waygooks!

Here is a lesson I made about road safety. It's quite a serious subject, but students have responded well to this lesson. The 'Don't text and drive' video is quite gory and shocking though, so you should warn students about this first - it's okay for high school students, possibly ok for middle school (but check with your co-teacher first), but definitely not suitable for elementary students. I deliberately picked a shocking video as too many people don't take road safety seriously.

Everything you need for this lesson is in the powerpoint, lesson plan and handout. I suggest ending the lesson with a game of hangman or pictionary to lighten the mood after the serious lesson content.
