Many teachers like to play this game, but I noticed that it can be sometimes tedious to explain the instructions if the students are not entirely familiar with the game. Or sometimes we forget how the game goes and so we make up rules on the spot.
This PPT ought to set you straight so that you don't have to think of the rules when you're initiating the game in class. It reduces cognitive load for you, the teacher. So I hope anyway.
Warning: This ppt was made during my I-am-obsessed-with-animated-PPTs phase. You'll see why in a minute. If you don't have the time to watch the full animations in your class (which you probably don't), you can either edit the PPT or just click through. It should work just fine.
Best of luck,
T
