We are a married couple interested in UNIVERSITY POSITIONS in South Korea.

  Elias is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Southern Illinois University (SIU) in the USA. He has finished all his coursework and exams and is currently working on his dissertation. He has four years of university teaching experience (2 in South Korea/2 at SIU) and 4 years other teaching experience in South Korea. He was an Instructional Mentor at SIU, which means that he was training incoming teachers (most of whom had zero teaching experience).  He is also currently taking a TEFL certification course.

  Vionne is South African. She received her BA at the University of Stellenbosch and will have her MA (in education) conferred in June. She also has a teaching (PGCE) and TEFL certificate. She taught in the South Korean public school system for 3 years, and now hopes to further her career in the university sector with an entry-level position as an English Instructor.
