Hi, I am a new user and just paid for my account.  I was looking at middle school lesson plans.  I see the paperclip for attached files for the lessons, but I can't click on it and I don't see anything else for downloading files.   How can I download files for the lesson plans?  Thanks.

Looking at your profile, it says your payment is pending. Once that clears I believe you should be able to download just fine. If I'm not mistaken the post-count rule is no longer in effect, but don't quote me on that.

Regarding payment info, I cannot see exact details, so I would have to pass your issue along to someone with more access than I. Let's hope your downloading issue resolves itself once your payment clears.

I think you may also need to have 5+ posts in order to download. Guess they can do away with that policy now that there's a subscription to download, but hey-ho  . Try posting a bit in some random threads to up your post count a little.
