@peche025 I have played this with both 5th and 6th grade elementary and have gotten good responses from both grades. I actually wonder why I waited so long to use this game on them haha since I've had it for almost an year now. I've experimented a bit and played it multiple ways. Here are my top 2.

1. Give each group white board markers and have them choose two words each. Repeating words within teams is okay. Have one member from every team stand up. Play the video slide. Have students sit when BOTH of their words come out. Have them think of the words as their lives. Alternatively you can have them all seated and simply put their boards up in the beginning before the video starts and have them put their boards down when both words come out. I award 2 points for the last team (or teams) and 1 point for the second to last team just to give groups the chance to catch up with each other.

2. At the front I have a big whiteboard. I draw out 6 rectangles, 1 for each team. I go in order and have each team choose only 1 word. I write it down on the board for them (originally I wanted each team to write down their own word at teh front but my classroom layout won't allow it.) I emphasize every team must have a different word. To amke it fair, every round I start with a different team  (round1 team 1 chooses first, round 2 team 2 chooses first, etc.). Afterwards I have 1 student per team stand. I play the video and have them sit down when their team's word comes out. The last student standing wins 2 points for his team. The second to last wins 1 point. 

I basically alter the game based on the classroom layout, materials, adn overall class.

Could I edit the words by simply editing both text slides?

Editing your own videos is done that way too?

I just figured it only works if you the space bar between slides and don't click with the mouse. This is really great thanks!

Students really enjoyed the game, some students said it was the best lesson in  long time.

Glad they enjoyed it :) Unfortunately I do not have another version. However there are more versions on here if you search "last one standing". The other sharing site also has more updated versions you might be able to use.

I tried to make the other slide using another song. But I wonder how to put the delay option over 60 seconds. It is limited only "60 seconds". How did you deal with this?

A different version. I just added 8 different songs and kept 10 of the original because my students never got to those anyway last semester. Also turned it into an individual game. For every round, have students still guess what word will come last and write it down in their notebooks. Play the video. If they chose the last word they get 3 points, second to last, 2 points, third to last 1 point. After the video ends, make sure to move on to the next slide by clicking the next arrow. This will take you to a screen with all the original words plus the allocated points for each word. Was a nice change and ensured everyone was writing something :)
