It's a story/skit, with sick patients in the doctor's waiting room, feel free to voice over yourself! You click on each patient and find out a bit about how they got sick before the doc prescribes a cure. Click on the germ in the bottom right corner after doc gives a cure to go back to waiting room. When the waiting room is empty, click on the doc to go to the last slide.
