Additional country primer and guessing game with photos of people in traditional clothing from each culture. Multiple choice guesses and hold up 1-4 fingers for their guess. My kids were spot-on with most of them with the exceptions of Australia and Turkey. Mexican dancers were also new to them.
My school (Busan) is really pushing books this year, so I used this with the book "My Granny Went to Market." It's linguistically challenging for this grade, but I asked them to listen, look at pictures, and identify where Granny went and what she purchased in each country. The kids actually surprisingly enjoyed the story and got the main point even if a lot of the text was white noise to them.
