#1 Nice afternoon school in Jeju city with very nice director : For Male and Female 
Director is very nice and you can work with other more co foreign teachers that helps you work and live much better.
For this school the classes focus on novels where the teacher's role is to help children comprehend and discuss novels in detail. (Great school for an English Literature buff)
For this school you read books with the children and then ask them comprehension questions and have them explain their answers in English.
Location is very close from Cityhall that is most popular downtown and there are many restaurants ,hospitals and shopping center etc. Accommodation is very close from City hall in the downtown of school Area.
I recommend you very strongly and I am pretty sure you will be happy at school.

#2 Very comfortable school with Nice director in New Jeju city: Only Female
The location is very nice location in New jeju city that near Beach ,E Mart, Lotte Mart ( like a Wal mart) and a lot of Restaurants and hospitals and western Food court like Outback etc.
we recommend you very strongly and I am pretty sure you will be happy at school.
Director is so nice person to work with and they are very helpful for anything for Teachers. also, House is just 5min away on foot. You can reach current Native teacher after the interview to see more clearly..

It's a nice island though.

Some very beautiful beaches. And overpriced too (just like Hawaii) lol.

This may (or may not) be helpful.  According to the numbers, the minimum salary should be at least 2.4...

Also, why is beef to expensive here?  It is not like Korean Hanwoo is on the world's top list.  I have seen many documentaries regarding that topic and not once, have I seen Korea mentioned, even as an afterthought.  In fact, many restaurants will advertise their beef as being from Korea but it is actually Australian, or from somewhere else.
