Introductory PPT, heads up 7 up and a pirate game which I found somewhere else but changed up a bit. Be sure to check this post every now & again as I'll be editing it if/when I make more files for the later parts of the lesson.

All Periods Intro: Pretty self explanatory. (Ideal for all periods)

Heads Up 7 Up game: Instructions included in the PPT as well as a PDF of some picture cards if you need them. (Ideal for the second period)

Pirate Game: Grid based speaking game. (Ideal for the first or second period)

put the letters A B C D up on different corners of the room
with the words

Have the students make groups or four and then student 1 will go to A, s2 to B and so on. each number is one round.
when you say go, each student will go to their letter and remember the word for number 1, come back to their seats and write out the sentence in the right order.

You can check the answers when they are finished, the fastest team gets a point. When the winning team has finished answering, the rest of the class answers together the whole sentence for practice.
Continue this until all words and sentences are complete or until you run out of time.

Yeah, I took the game from my co who took it from the Korean teachers sharing site. Fair warning, I had to delete a song because it featured some swear words my co had no idea the words were bad....

I love the materials. I was thinking of using 'Vocab in Songs' for Special 5. Do you have the audio files in a folder somewhere? I am having trouble playing the clips. If not it's all good. Thanks again for sharing.

Here is a game I made. I hope you like it and that it's useful.

I am transferring to a new place for second semester, and I believe the students will continue to study online next fall, so I made PPTs for each lesson for the rest of the book.

I made two PPTs with my voice over for this lesson. I made a similar ones for previous lessons in this book, so I will write the same there that I wrote in previous posts. The PPTs are from the book's website (I think my coteacher downloaded them off of the company's website last year) and I recorded my voice over the slides. The music is royalty free music from  bensounds.com.

If you would like to use this PPT and record your own voice, from the first slide my voice over is the speaker on the right. You can delete those and then record your voice. On the first slide, the speaker for the music is on the left. It is set to play at the lowest volume on a loop for the entire presentation. If you want to keep the music, don't delete the left speaker on the first slide!

 Korean English Teachers: you are welcome to use this PPT with my voice for your school.

If you need to change the PPT to a video, you can use the export feature to to convert it to a mp4, however, it doesn't work with all versions of Office. The version of Office must have a subscription in order to use this feature.

Odd letter out game to practice spelling. Have the students pick out the incorrect letter before time is up.

Round 1-2: Find 1 Letter, Round 3-4: Find 2 letters,  Round 5-6: Find 3 letters, Last Round: Extreme
