Full-time or Part-time ESL teaching job in Masan, Korea
« on: November 21, 2019, 10:50:01 am »
Hey guys. I'm currently teaching in Masan and my contract is coming to a close. (I've been at this position for two years and I'm going back to school myself.) The ad is as follows:

A modern English academy with a recognized brand is looking for a native English teacher who can start February 1st, 2020. We have a laid-back atmosphere with friendly teachers and students in a comfortable work environment. A well-developed curriculum is provided, so there is no stress when it comes to lesson prep. You are free to email me with any specific questions you may have and I’ll get back to you in a timely manner. My email is jmbaatz at gmail.com.

Preference will be given to applicants who have their documents in hand (Apostilled Diploma, Apostilled Background Check, passport).

*Full-time: Mon – Fri, 1:00 - 8:40 P.M. (Tue/Wed/Thur, 2:00 - 8:40 P.M.), but hours are frequently shorter and the boss isn't strict on desk hours.

*Students: Elementary, Middle, and 1 Kindy class

*Salary: 2.0 ~ 2.2 million per month, depending on experience

*Housing: single studio apartment provided

*Benefits: One-way airfare reimbursement upon arrival, 10 days paid vacation (five days in winter, five days in summer), 50/50 pension and medical insurance, severance pay.

--------------------------------------------------

If you are living in the Masan area and are looking for part-time work, we can work with you on that as well.

3 days per week (Wed – Fri, negotiable)
Elementary, Middle, and 1 Kindy class
1.3 ~ 1.5 million, depending on experience

I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. It's a good job with little to no stress. Email me at jmbaatz at gmail.com

34 hours a week, airfare reimbursement (THAT is funny), an unknown number of actual classes, MASAN (crap)....and a salary from 15 years ago.

Yeah, I have a question.  Why can't your director do his/her own bidding, as opposed to hiding behind an employee?
