To be fair, AppleTree does state the salaries are negotiable after an interview.  However, I doubt most schools don't want to negotiate, as they just want to pay the lowest salary possible, accompanied by decreasing benefits (you'll have to fight to get them) and a regressive working culture.

Honest work is honest work...I will not argue with that.  Many of us have done what was needed to pay the bills, during certain times.  I'm sure gogators was working a corner at some point.  But, is the teaching profession here equatable to factory work?  Seeing as how a bachelors degree is required, it shouldn't be.  But then again, we are not considered teachers

I checked it out.

Low ball salaries for typical crap-hagwon jobs...the 2.1-2.3 range.  Again, a salary from 14 years ago. 

There are 10 pages worth of jobs listed.  Either, many of those are fake, outdated or...they exits but folks have been gaining more information about how crappy Korea has become and ARE GOING ELSEWHERE. 

Yet, thinking it is so special, Korea digs in....
