Benefits
The salary is negotiable after an interview.
- Providing fully- furnished single housing
Is it it CLEAN, does it have windows to allow light, is it closet to the school?
- Providing Airfare
OK...one-way r/t or "reimbursed"? Yeah..folks NEVER trust ANY Korean hagwon to reimburse you.
- Severance pay
That is a legal mandate, not a benefit.
- Providing paid vacation and National holidays
Again, not a benefit..that is a legal mandate.
- National pension/ Health insurance
..sigh...really? Again? This is legally supposed to happen...not a benefit.
- School Training
LOL! Stop right there.....school "training"? Who will be in charge of that? The Korean hagwon director? The Korean head teacher?
yeah..OK.
