Mr.Blendy Game [Fruits]
« on: June 25, 2020, 11:20:40 pm »
Howdy guys,

Just wanted to share this with everyone. It's a simple fruit and blender game that I made for my kinder class. The students can choose a fruit to blend and see what they get. Please feel free to use it and modify it to your liking. I'm not sure if all the audio files work though

How to play
1. Pick a fruit
2. Click the fruit in the blender
3. Wait and see what you'll get

Feel free to use it with whatever target sentence you want to teach. Let me know what you think  ;D

I've updated the download link to included the sound files + fonts that I used.

Cheers!

This is so cute~~~!! Can you give me an example of how I would be able to use it with a target sentence?

@ ncrippen ...Sure no problem. I often use it after reviewing some fruit vocabulary. If I'm doing a simple role-playing game with a student I'd ask them:

A: "What fruit do you like?"
B: "I would like a (  ) please?"
A: "What should I do?"
B: "Blend it please"
A: "Here you go. Enjoy"
B: "Thank you."

Some other target sentences you may want to try:

- Would you like a (  )? Yes, I do. / No, I don't.
- Which fruit do you want? I want a (  ).
- What would you like? I would like a (  ) please.

Other role-play you can try.

Customer/Shop keeper role-play

C: How much is the (  )?
SK: It's ( $ ).
C: Here you are.
SK: Thanks, enjoy!

Let me know what you've tried and how it went for you  ;D

Cheers!
