Adjectives Olympics
« on: July 04, 2020, 04:05:30 pm »
Fun ESL game for teaching comparative adjectives.

Divide your class into teams & give each student a number. Then choose a number from each team to come and take part in an olympics 'challenge', for example who has the largest mouth? Students have to open their mouths as wide as the can to see who has the biggest mouth. This creates a real life setting to use your comparative questions. You can get creative and get your students to think of more funny questions.

Works well for all ages, depedning on your students levels. PPT in the link too

Open your mouth wide?

Ah,... a pre-COVID19 game.
Help others, especially animals. Say what you think, being considerate of others. Appreciate more than deprecate. Teach well and jump on teachable moments. Enjoy Korea as it is, without changing it. Yet, at times, change your life for the better. "The most important [thing] is to have a good day."
