So this is the first camp I've ever done/made by myself! There could definitely be improvements made to certain areas, but I thought I would still share some of the materials I created!
Day 1- Students learn new Dino vocab and watch some videos. They then can play either bingo/connect 4/ or the Dino Might game! Bingo is a little tricky with COVID because each students needs their own set of "chips". I just cut out a bunch of black circles! They also make name tags to put on their desks!
Day 2- Students filled out the "Build-A-Dinosaur" worksheet and then its time to paint! (At one school, the budget was much smaller thus I made a coloring book for students to do while watching a movie, they adored The Land Before Time!)
Day 3- The last day we learned about fossils and watched some videos of paleontologists! If you have the time, you can make volcano's, but the main activity that day is digging for dinosaur bones with dig kits I found on coupang! The students LOVED this!
I made new vocab sheets to go along with the power point if you want to print them out and give them to students.
