1. Both Dallas and Tampa are further south than Jeju Island.2. Both Texas and Florida would have allowed fans at the games. But the league has a bubble city in Canada for the series.3. Defenseman Viktor Hedman of the Lightning is the MVP (Conn Smythe) frontrunner. Of course, they still haven't finished off NY, but they will.4. That 20-year-old Finn Miro Heiskanen has been phenomenal. I'm happy Pavelski is doing well (the Sharks have been one of my fav teams).5. I used to like the Minnesota North Stars. When they moved to Dallas I boycotted the team. Then when they won their first championship against my Peca & Hasek Sabres because the referee didn't call the penalty on the overtime goal... they were franchise non grata to me.6. If they win the cup, and viewership is up due to lack of much competition most nights, on weekdays, maybe Houston or another Texas city will finally get a franchise to provide a state rivalry!
I'm a diehard Bruins fan, and it made me sick when Rask walked out on the team. I don't know if I can support them next year if they welcome that filthy stinking quitter back into the fold. He doesn't deserve to wear the black and gold.
Wasn't there a medical emergency involving his daughter? He would be a douche bag if he had stayed in the bubble.
I don't think there was anything out of the norm. Rumours miraculously swirled about a few things but they all seemed to be a little to timely and pat. He's a quitter.
