I’ve got that and Poker Face to watch this weekend.

Still need to start Season 2 of Slow Horses

I usually don't quote myself. I find it extremely vulgar. However I just watched
s01e08 of TLOU. Wow, hard core.

And then I thought, the next show I will watch, Mando, will also be Pedro Pascal. So 66%
of my entertainment tonight is from a guy named Pedro.

And if you delete one letter from his name you will get the subject matter of
s01e08. Haha.

I'm plowing through season 1 of 'Taxi' atm. I haven't watched it in over 40 years. Funnier than I remember, and I'm enjoying it way more than when I was 18 or so. I actually remembered the 'blind date' episode where Alex met the large lady from the message center. That part of my brain must still be functioning nicely

Thanks for the spoiler.  Why do people feel the need to do that, I'll never know.

*POSSIBLE SPOLIER ALERT*

I just started watching this a week ago when I found it on that pretty cool site Van the Man mentioned, moviejoy or whatever.  It's good.  I also wondered why they had to have the two gay guys subplot.  It didn't add anything to the story.  Once I realised it was just checking a box that seems to be required in all new shoes I just started dragging that cursor along.  It was a sweet love story but completely unnecessary. I just finished episode six last night.  Nice to see Graham Greene from Dances With Wolves make an appearance.  I was bummed when they comically had him blown up by a stick of dynamite he held onto for too long.

Haha, I'm not sure how the word "rope" spoiled anything.

Talking about spoiler people, I had a guy pull up outside my work office as I was setting up my video player to the TV. It was an All Black rugby game that I had recorded overnight and was going to watch at work on the Sunday morning.
He looked at what I was doing, and I said that I was going to sit back and watch the game. You know what he said... "Damn shame the ABs got beaten by so much"...cnut!

But yeah, I agree...TLOU is one out of the box bar the hairy old gay guys.

I am a story without an equal;
The echoing void of a disaster
I am a smile drowning in tears
I am the silence at the end of your journey

I would agree. It’s not TLOU canon and that makes it great. It explores humanity and choices, just like Joel’s in the last episode. Although, his choice was pre-determined.

Not this fella. I stated before that I understood it upon reflection but still did not enjoy that particular story. Now if you are talking the final of season 1...yeah...great! Followed closely by most of the others.
