I made a Zombie reading game which has been quite popular in class. Get all the students to stand up and one by one they have to read a word from the screen. Click on the word and some kind of zombie will be revealed, one to continue standing, one to sit down and one that allows the students to choose another students to stand up again.

This game has been designed for about 10-12 students however i'm making another design for around 20 which i'll add soon.
