I've given my wife the ol' Swedish helicopter. Was fun.
Pointless thread and a little too passive aggressive/bitchy for my taste.
Take her to Tiffany's and when you get home she'll take you for a ride, or two.
Yes, my mother in law too. My ex-wife loved motorbikes. When her and her friends all turned 40 they all took the motorcycle safety driving course and went out and bought bikes. They'd go on weekend rides together and have fun. For Christmas I bought my wife a cool leather jacket and chaps and a windscreen and backrest. But the present I got her that year that really blew her away was a 1 day race bike driving school lesson. She went and really got to experience the thrill of high speed cornering, serious brakes and acceleration, and it made her a much better driver too. This was her bike. A Yamaha Virago 535. It was a nice bike.
I don't know that much about bikes but uh...I'm pretty sure this doesn't jive.
Many schools provide motorcycles. "You can bring your bike or choose a motorcycle from our ready-to-go Yamaha fleet.""ONE-DAY STREET SURVIVAL ON-ROAD$635 - Bring your own BMW bike$795 - Use one of ours""The brand new BMW S1000RR has taken the industry by surprise. While it has a class leading 193+ horsepower, it is the easiest bike to ride on the market. In short it is the perfect training bike on the market today. With its industry-leading electronic aids, a student can select the level of aid appropriate to their skills. These aids allow the student to focus on their lesson instead of what their current habits may be causing the bike to do."
You're right a Yamaha cruiser is in fact a race bike. The kind of bike you see in all sorts of motorcycle races that feature high-speed turns. I also agree that the article you cited deals with bike racing.
No no...that was my wife's bike. Not the bike she used at the race school.
