Part-Time Job in Yongin (Mon. Wed. Fri.) [30,000 per hour]
« on: August 26, 2021, 12:14:50 pm »
Looking for a native English teacher to fill a part-time teaching position in Yongin City, Suji District. I’m the teacher you’ll be replacing. I’m leaving to start a private business so I’m not in a huge hurry, but I would prefer to find someone who could start at some point in either September or October, but I can be flexible.

Job Description

I don’t think the job is any different than most teaching jobs, as a foreign teacher you’ll be teaching ‘speaking classes’, ‘listening classes’, ‘reading classes’, and ‘writing classes’. Classes would be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 2:30pm to 7:30pm. Pay is ₩30,000 per hour. The students you’ll be teaching are all elementary school students, aged 8 to 12. There is one other foreign teacher who is full-time, and then several Korean teachers who are both full-time and part-time.

Preferences

The school would prefer someone who is already in Korea, with an F visa being most preferred. The school doesn’t have experience with E-2 visas, but it still is possible. In the case of an E-2 visa the school would rather help someone switching jobs and renewing an E-2, as the school doesn’t really have the resources to assist someone moving to Korea. Any other questions I’d be happy to answer by e-mail, if you’re interested please get in touch!

Hi. Are you still looking for someone? My husband is on an F3 visa and looking for a part-time position in Yongin. Could I sent you his resume?
