That's true the Soviet Union never expanded it's area of influence beyond what was Russia, even after World War 2 and it never invaded Afghanistan. But North Korea? You don't think all those Korean run variety stores in Canada and delis in NYC aren't sleeper cells? Wake up and smell the Timmies!
With something subjective like the best band or the most delicious vegetable, every adult should be capable of recognizing it is an opinion.
Every adult? Really? I have most of the native teachers at the school where I work believing there is a city of 7 million people on Mars called Marsville.
Those idiots! It's been Mars City since they passed the 3,000,000 mark a billion years ago.
You're wrong! The Soviet Union never expanded beyond its borders, nor have the other paragons of freedom, China and North Korea. There *is* an inherent flaw in Western society, and the fact that it has spread those flaws to virtually every corner of the globe just means that those flaws are now universal and thus that much harder to spot. Luckily, the recent rise of non-Western Superpowers mean that we will finally see the end of Horton-sludge-like products and ideas, their ubiquitousness to be supplanted by the clearly superior products made in, for example, China.
The difference is, the US has military bases in countries that want them there.

Posters on here want a place where their thoughts and opinions can be heard,...
