Double Charged

I am being double charged for subscriptions and only just realised. Please can somebody provide a contact email so I can remedy this problem as soon as possible. Quite annoyed. Thanks!

You probably signed up during the 1 + 1 promotion they had going.  Buy one subscription and automatically buy a second.  It followed the popular "Buy a subscription and never be able to cancel it" event.

Yes. I suppose last year I assumed upgrading a subscription would cancel the other but alas clearly not. So I've been charged for monthly AND yearly subscriptions. I've emailed arsalan (?) requesting a refund...
