when i went to my local gu's covid testing center for my first test yesterday they didn't mention anything about the app or reporting in every day. i told them I was a recent international arrival and they just kinda shrugged. got my result via text this morning (negative!) they also sent a large box of food (ramyun, rice, soup, kim, etc) and water to my apartment which was a pleasant surprise.
