Also, cheddar is overrated.
Who the hell would pay for Heineken in Korea? It's old, it's lightstruck and it's pricy. Cass is local, fresher and cheaper. For Heineken prices you can get Playground Brewery or a local, decent craft lager. Also, what the hell is this choice? "Homemade kimchi vs. 24-hour take-out made-in-China kimchi."
I don't get this use of 'fresh' to describe completely artificial products (also used by Ramsey as I remember) Do people really open a can of Cass and think 'ooh, this tastes like it was made this morning?
It's the konglish of 'refreshing'.
Is it? I suppose Gordon Ramsay used it because he knew if he said Cass tasted 'good', or had a 'nice flavour', his reputation would probably never recover, so he had to come up with something a bit more neutral.
See yourself out.
Also what's D Mart doing talking about the best pairings of food and beer? Wasn't he slagging off craft beer afficionados recently, claiming they wouldn"t be able to tell beers apart in blind tastings?
I compared Cass and Heineken which are distinctly different. I didn't compare Hipster Cabin IPA vs. TurtleRabbitParrot Paw IPA.
If cheddar is the first cheese that comes to mind when you want cheese, you need to see yourself out.
I compared Cass and Heineken which are distinctly different.

You get 5 IPAs in a blind testing, good luck at anyone telling them apart.
I'd bet you a fresh TurtleRabbitParrot Paw IPA that CO2 could not only tell them apart, but also tell you when, where, and how they were brewed.
