:(   no one wants a 9 hour+ per day job making the bare minimum salary Scoooooot.  find better schools to advertise.  or tell these schools that their offers arent competitive. Either way, you are currently doing a disservice to the teaching profession here.  Be better.  you so far have not shown that youre above being a scoundrel for your recruiter fee.  I hope that new teachers dont see these jobs as viable options, nor you as a viable recruiter.  But you could turn it around,  with a bit of ethics.
