Position 1: Seocho GATE 6yr old Home Room Teacher

For September/late October 2022 start Seocho GATE 6yr old Home Room Teacher Position
Seocho GATE 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for September to late October start: Walkable to Gangnam Station and also Seoul National Univ of Education Station.  Brand new state of the art facility!   
Teach high level fluent 6-Yr old students in a professional organized environment with around 20 native English co-teachers.  All classrooms come equipped with giant touch screen monitors with stylus, digital visual projectors, and computers to help aid teachers in creating the best possible learning space for our young learners.

Typical Teaching Day
Homeroom teachers are assigned just one homeroom classroom only
Arrive before 9:00 am and able to leave at 5:00 pm each day for the entire school year.
During the homeroom period 9:40 am to 3:30 pm your homeroom class will go to a various combination of special subject teacher classrooms-Typically 8 periods per week. 
There will be a number of break times and non-teaching periods throughout the day allowing the homeroom teacher to carry out non-teaching duties within the 9:00 am to 5:00 pm working hours.
After school program from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm all teachers at GATE will be assigned an afterschool class (Kinder or younger elementary ages).  Depending on the schedule/season teachers may not always have 5 full days of the afterschool teaching. 
*9:00 am to 5:00 pm working hours Monday to Friday only
*20-23 TEACHING HOURS per week only
*Teaching high level & attentive young children - 6yr old homeroom classroom for this position.
*You have your own unique homeroom classroom.  No Need to shuffle in and out of classes.
*Will not be required to do any work outside of the contracted working hours.
*GATE Homeroom position salary listed below (Can choose either of the two options)
Housing provided Salary 2.7 to 3.10 million won.
Housing Stipend option 3.15 to 3.55 million won without provided housing.

Position 2:  Jamsil CGATE Art Special Subject Teacher

September-November 2022 start Unique and Rare Art Special Subject Position Jamsil cGATE
Jamsil cGATE 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for September to November start:  Within walking distance to Jamsil stn, Lotte World, Lotte Tower, and Seokchon Lake Park. Teaching art to our YBM GATE homeroom classrooms with your own special classroom. Each homeroom class will visit your classroom twice a week.   
*9:00 am to 5:00 pm working hours.
*Teaching high level & attentive kinder to early-elementary age students.
*You have your own unique special classroom that will be visited by various homeroom classes according to the set schedule.
*As a special subject teacher lunch supervision/duties is not required allowing for a longer lunch break.
*Will not be required to do any work outside of the contracted working hours.
*Salary 2.5 to 2.7 million won + housing
*Salary 2.95 to 3.15 million won without provided housing option (450,000 won housing allowance)

Position 3: YBM PINE Division IRT-Relief Teacher

YBM PINE Division IRT-Relief Teacher position for Oct/Nov 2022 start with 20 vacation days per year.

The ideal candidate for the YBM Relief teacher position (IRT) position is someone who enjoys working at various schools as a relief teacher and wishes to also help out with some light curriculum development work when there are no relief teaching duties.

Full time position with full salary & benefits

Start date: Oct/Nov 2022 –Mutual Agreement date
Non-Housing Salary: 2.80 to 3.30 million won per month
Provided single studio salary: 2.40 – 2.80 million won per month

Benefits of the relief teacher IRT specific position
1.   20 vacation days per year
2.   Teach at various YBM PINE schools located mostly in Seoul.
3.   Working hours when not on relief assignment will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F
4.   Some light curriculum development/editing work when not on relief assignment

Relief Teacher working hours
9:00 am to 4:30 pm (YBM PSA, YBM AppleTree/Learning Tree schools-Except Yongsan PSA)
9:00 am to 5:00 pm (YBM GATE/cGATE schools)
9:00 am to 5:00 pm at your base school in Seoul

Qualifications to Apply
   Should have some formal teaching experience in Korea
   Native English Speaker with E2/D10/F-series visa status or documents for E2 visa sponsorship
   F-series visa applicants must have documents for registration with the Korean education office

Why are you guys ALWAYS hiring?  It's not like ya'll are expanding  beyond the parameters of the coffee-house moms.


Both of these locations are blacklisted with high turnover rates. Maybe you guys should treat your teachers better.
