Captain America is 100% real. How do you think the Americans beat the Nazis in WWII? Captain America was created as a byproduct of the Manhattan Project. Robert Oppenheimer proposed that he be used as a battlefield solider. During the Ardennes Offensive he stopped the German advance that would have driven the Americans back to the English Channel and prompted another evacuation like they had at Dunkirk. Stalin could see what was going on and when the war ended he grabbed as many Nazi scientists as he could to try to make his own Ubermensch super soldiers. Thankfully the Americans got ther first, thanks in part to Captain America who also led the final push into southern Germany where the scientists were hiding. If it wasn't for him, postwar Europe would certainly look very different. Rocky probably wouldn't have been created because there would have been no Cold War.

Thank you Billy! Van Islander nearly had me believing that he wasn't true. I also read that book and watched the movie based on his life.

Old Mr. Islander is a 'liar -liar, pants on fire' kinda guy.

I gotta have a shower now. My mummy said I have to. I'll be back later.

Yeah in the Potsdam conference when Truman said "I have a new weapon" he was referring to Captain America, not the Atomic Bomb
