Student Level : Kindy + Elementary
Salary : 2.4 Million won ~ (Negotiable)
Vacation days : 1 week in Summer + 1 week in Winter
Housing : One room furnished or Housing Allowance
Benefit : Airfare, Severance Pay, Health Insurance, National Pension

you should urge your boss (the employer that THE LEGAL MINIMUM AMOUNT OF VACATION DAYS IS NOW 11 FOR FIRST YEAR CONTRACTS

as well,  if they are trying to find someone ASAP   they might want to offer more money, a better than one room apartment, or less that 45 hours a week...   all of these things are highly looked down upon by any self respecting teacher. This is a bad job.  if you want someone to take it, they would need to improve conditions to at least meet minimum legal standards.
