 This is when your After school program is looking to get new contracts. They schedule lots of potential companies to do short demon lessons. Then decide on  who will teach the students . Based on a five minute demo lesson

It's actually quite degrading. Particularly if you run into the EPIK teacher. Some companies use it as an interview. If you pass 3 bidding war  demo lessons they hire you full time

The school Principals and staff  will all preview a 1997 video of Isaic Dursk as reference for what a good Native speaker looks

I'm not sure.  The claptrap er, ah, educational trend these days in Korea seems to be more "student-centered learning".  This guy is definitely not that.
